• Once you purchase and receive access, there’s no way for us to revoke or “return” it. That’s why we do not offer refunds on digital products under any circumstances.

4. VA Services Covered by a Separate Contract

If you’re working with me 1:1 as a Virtual Assistant client, these Terms of Use don’t apply to your service agreement. You’ll receive a custom contract outlining your specific scope, payment terms, communication, and delivery timeline. That contract must be reviewed and signed before any work begins.

This page only covers your use of the website and digital content.

Here’s the deal: every piece of content we create is ours.
That includes, but isn’t limited to:

• Templates & guides

• Freebies & paid downloads

• Website copy & captions

• Graphics & branding language

• Any content inside digital products or offers

You may not reproduce, resell, republish, share, screenshot, modify, or distribute any of our work—free or paid—without explicit written permission. Copying our stuff and calling it your own? Not only is it shady AF, it’s illegal.
We will pursue legal action if we find oue intellectual property stolen, copied, or reused without permission. We don’t play when it comes to protecting our business and creativity. Want to collaborate or share something We've made? Amazing—just ask.
