This is where it all began for me; when I first stepped into the online business space, it was as a VA/OBM, helping women bring structure, flow, and soul into their businesses. While this work will always hold a piece of my heart, I’m now more deeply focused on the coaching aspect of my business.

The years I spent disconnected made me determined to carve a new way forward for
women like us.

I’ve spent over a decade in admin, ops, and high-performance environments; first in the legal industry, and then alongside soul-led women building powerful businesses. On paper, I had "success". But in reality, I was burnt out, disconnected, and forcing myself to play by rules that never fit me.

That’s why I do things differently now. Business, to me, is meant to give you freedom; freedom of time, freedom of choice, freedom to live in alignment with who you actually are.

Too much of the business world (and, let’s be honest, too much of the VA/OBM world) still runs on the old-school, masculine model: rigid systems, logic, hustle mentality, and zero space for your actual energy. And I say no fucking thanks, to that.

Don't get me wrong, I bring the strategy, structure, and execution... but through a feminine lens. That means creating a business that moves with you: your cycles, your emotions, your intuition. Work that feels embodied, not forced, with structures that actually hold you.
